1) Name or Names, for example, “Stephanie and Clay’s Kitchen”, “Stephanie’s Kitchen” or just “Stephanie and Clay” or leave blank.

2) Name of House,  for example, “The McClary-Smith House” (a combination of the couple’s last name and her maiden name), “The McClary House” (the couple’s last name only).

3) Street Address

4) Year and/or Date, for example,“Est. 2006” (the year they got married or other special year),or “Est. July 5, 2006” (their wedding or other special anniversary), or for a house warming gift, the year they moved into their house, or for a single recipient, you could use their birthday or birth year, etc.
